[xmlroff] Nearly ready for xmlroff 0.5.1

I couldn't make the svn update. Something was stuck, probably my fault.

Anyway, I pulled out the new revision, compiled and tested:

Full:         128 (51.4%)
Issues:       89 (35.7%)
Not verified: 32 (12.9%)
Total:        249
0 tests with differences

No problem so far (although I don't know exactly what is expected for
the tests).

I would tag this snapshot as 'ok'. :)
