It could just be because so much had moved around.

For anyone else trying it, it might be best to do 'make distclean'
before doing an 'svn update'.

I'm impressed that you ran the test suite.  AFAICT, not many people do
that.

For this release, the important part is the '0 tests with differences',
which shows that the rearrangement didn't introduce new bugs.
