[xmlroff] [ANN] xmlroff-testsuite 0.5.1

xmlroff-testsuite is used in conjunction with the 'xmlroff-testing'
package to test xmlroff.

xmlroff-testsuite XXX is now available from
http://xmlroff.org/download/xmlroff-testsuite-XXX.tar.gz
