reST can be used in Trac pages, though neither the akumaproject nor
xmlroff Tracs currently have the necessary library installed.  (Time to
ask Patric for more help.)

Great!  Now we can have a religious war/flame fest that doesn't involve
XML!  I'll sneer at your choice, and you can sneer at mine.

Who cares about reST?  I'm just impressed that you've included xmlroff
in your processing.

This also appears to be where you've automated inducing #49.  Did you
try running xsltproc to create the FO file to see which number format it
produces?
