I have registered xmlroff.  See http://www.ohloh.net/projects/6922.

It seems both that xmlroff started in April and that I've been working
on xmlroff longer than I've been alive.

It also seems it would be possible to register the old SourceForge
repository as a separate project, but while that might help my profile,
I don't see how it will help xmlroff.
