[xmlroff] What is the useful default 'testing' setup?

It's in the README (which recently grew a Table of Contents because it
was getting so big).

Which takes a lot longer.  (I know this very well since I'm on the road
and using a laptop with a 800MHz Crusoe processor.)

I am finding that the DocBook 'vi' test hangs 'gs' when rasterising the
output.  Please let me know if you see anything similar.
