[xmlroff] Nearly ready for xmlroff 0.5.2

Hi all,

Here is the most complete test-set I could process:

I built and tested the whole thing on an intel x86 and and amd64 (both
results are identical), but I still have a problem when running the test
a second time after the first execution. I always get the following
error message:
