[xmlroff] Trac spammed again

The xmlroff Trac was spammed again; this time with hidden HTML
containing links to sites of dubious merit.

I was going to announce that I had removed the ability for registered
users to modify wiki pages, but since I do want to encourage non-spam
additions to the wiki, anyone who is registered can still modify pages
and I'll just monitor the wiki more closely.

If the spamming becomes too frequent, then I'll have to reconsider, but
for now, eternal vigilance is the price of encouraging content.
