[xmlroff] xmlroff 0.5.3 progress report

I have made little progress on reducing memory leaks (#76) and none on
headers and footers (#5), but Patric Stout yesterday identified some
regressions between xmlroff 0.3.99 and xmlroff 0.5.2 (#91, #92) that I
have now fixed.

Rather than just work around #92, I implemented the 'linefeed-treatment'
and 'white-space-collapse' properties (though not yet for FoCharacter)
so the libfo-compat.xsl stylesheet is now that little bit simpler.  It
also improves xmlroff's DocBook ability since 'linespecific' elements
such as <programlisting> now format with line breaks (#79).

I will work towards releasing a xmlroff 0.5.3 with these fixes in it.
