There are known problems with the table rendering, and the results from
several of the DocBook test documents are marked as having 'issues', but
this specific problem hasn't been flagged.
Please make a new ticket for it.

Probably due to fonts being embedded in the xmlroff output. I've never
found a way to stop GNOME Print from embedding fonts (though it has been
a while since I last looked).
