[xmlroff] [ANN] xmlroff 0.5.4

xmlroff (http://xmlroff.org) is a fast, free, high-quality,
multi-platform XSL formatter that aims to excel at DocBook formatting
and that integrates easily with other programs and with scripting
languages.

xmlroff 0.5.4 is now available from
http://xmlroff.org/download/xmlroff-0.5.4.tar.gz

Thanks go to Asmodai for fixing #84 and to both Asmodai and Mauro C. for
smoke-testing the distribution.

New version of the 'testing' and 'codegen' modules are also available.
