[xmlroff] Table improvements coming in xmlroff 0.5.5

I recently fixed a bunch of table bugs (#93, #101, #107, #108), so I
will soon be making a xmlroff 0.5.5 release.

If your table crashed xmlroff before, it will still crash it, but for
the tables that did run to completion, xmlroff will do a much better job
at rendering spanning cells and placing cell borders correctly.
