[xmlroff] gtkdocize?

The xmlroff documentation is built using gtk-doc.

The advice in the gtk-doc manual [1] is to call 'gtkdocize' in
autogen.sh to set up much of the configuration of using gtk-doc.

However, if you don't have a recent gtk-doc installed, then your
configuration could go horribly wrong.

This won't affect people who build from the tar balls, but is there
anyone who builds from Subversion checkouts who doesn't also have a
recent gtk-doc installed?
