[xmlroff] Simple docbook

Anyone messed with simple docbook and xmlroff?

Right now at work we use a Java solution to build PDFs, but if I can get
away with using xmlroff it would be great. Otherwise I'll also need to check
what needs to be fixed in order to get it working.

(Just hope the server has the prerequisite libraries installed...)
