[xmlroff] Ready for xmlroff 0.6.0

The "on or about the first of the month" concept has taken one of its
periodic beatings, but I'm finally ready to release xmlroff 0.6.0.

I would appreciate it if people could check it out and try it out to see
if it works for them.
