[xmlroff] g_option_context_set_summary and BSDs

Tony,

I am afraid we cannot escape some LIBS stuff:

configure:20143: checking for g_option_context_set_summary in -lglib-2.0
configure:20178: gcc -o conftest -g -O2   conftest.c -lglib-2.0   >&5
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lglib-2.0

Unless we can get away with using something like:

pkg-config --cflags glib-2.0
pkg-config --libs glib-2.0

Since the BSDs typically install in either /usr/local or /usr/pkg.

Looking how to get that done.
